The success of a building project begins in the initial concept design phase and continues through finished construction administration.  Working with an architect can lead to an attractive, efficient, safe and environmentally responsible building.

Potential clients and their individual needs vary greatly. Below are some examples of services offered. ​We strive to be as transparent as possible.  All fees listed below can be adjusted based on individual needs, project, and delivery process.

owner/renter

-You live in a house or an apartment and want a warm and inviting living room.
-You want to design your next house and need help putting all of the pieces together.
-You own your house and want to add a garage or give your entrance a face lift.

designer

-You own a small design firm and want to take on more work but need an extra hand to document a specific project.
-You are an architect who has a client who wants to use an interior designer for layout and finish selection.
-You have a client that would like renderings of your design.
-You want to open a bar or private school and need a design to raise funding.

Contractor

-You are a builder and have a client who wants to build something unique, not out of a catalog.
-You want to develop a community of homes and need an attractive and affordable prototype.
-Your client would like to remodel their kitchen and bathroom and wants to see options and finishes.

diy(er)

-You are committed to doing home improvements yourself but need some design advice on room adjacencies and circulation.
-You are a diyer and need someone to offer finish selections.

Design consultation can be done online, remotely or in person.

percentage

Our percentage fee for new construction is 8-10% of the overall estimated construction costs. 
Our Renovation fee is 14-18% of the estimated construction costs.
